What the service provides

SignalCheck aggregates public complaint and phishing information. Complaint records are unverified, numbers can be spoofed or reassigned, and sources can be incomplete, delayed, or unavailable. A hit does not identify who called; no hit is not a safety verdict. We do not guarantee detection or prevention of fraud.

Permitted use

Use the service lawfully to evaluate suspicious communications. Do not harass people, publish accusations based solely on our results, bypass limits, scrape accounts, or use this service to decide eligibility for credit, insurance, housing, employment, or other regulated decisions. Do not upload others’ sensitive personal information. You must be at least 18 to subscribe.

Subscriptions

The Business plan is $49 USD per month, plus any tax displayed at checkout, with the limits shown on the pricing page. It renews monthly until cancelled. Manage cancellation in Account → Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Contact support about billing errors or refund requests; statutory consumer rights are unaffected. No paid subscription is sold until checkout is enabled.

Availability and changes

This is a beta, with no uptime guarantee or emergency response service. We may pause requests to manage capacity, outages, or abuse. Material pricing changes will be communicated before renewal. You may cancel if you do not accept them. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is supplied as available without a guarantee of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Corrections

Report disputed results through our corrections page. We show source attribution and will review factual errors. Payment never changes complaint records or removes a warning.
